Welcome - New Blog Info

Hi Everyone,

Welcome to the new "blog" for the Yorba Linda READ Book group.

First of all, what is a "blog"? It stands for "web log", and it refers to a kind of web site that is designed to be easy to use and read, and can be used as a running diary of related information. There are lots of blogs on the internet, here are the links to some of them:
http://craftlog.org/, a blog by a crafter about the stuff she makes.
http://www.thinkingwomansdiary.com/, a generalists blog.
http://serendipitylady.blogspot.com/, my Art blog.

The purpose of this blog will be to communicate information relating to the book group. It will be structured in such a way that anyone in the READ group can post to it (I'll explain this more later). Also, it will automatically inform everyone in the group whenever it is updated.
